Crochet A Radish

You need: white and green cotton/acrylic yarn, hook size 3 mm., scissor, stuffing

Instructions:

The Leaf

  1. R1: chain 9 (I have made difference sizes so you can chain 5 or chain 10+).
  2. R2: double single crochet in the first stitch. Single crochet the rest of the row, slip stitch the last stitch. Leave a long tail and cut it off.

The Radish Body

  1. R1: Magic loop with 6 single crochet
  2. R2: increase single crochet in each stitch, all the way around
  3. R3: increase single crochet, single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all they way around.
  4. R4: increase single crochet, single crochet in the next 2 stitches, repeat all the way around.
  5. R5: increase single crochet, single crochet in the next 3 stitches, repeat all the way around.
  6. R6 till R10: single crochet all the way around.
  7. R11: single crochet in the next 3 stitches, decrease single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all the way around.
  8. R12 + R13: single crochet all the way around.
  9. R14: single crochet in the next 2 stitches, decrease single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all the way around.
  10. R15 + R16: single crochet all the way around.
  11. R17: single crochet in the next stitch, decrease single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all the way around.
  12. R18 + R19: single crochet all the way around.
  13. R20: decrease single crochet all the way around, slipstitch the last stitch, fasten en leave a long tail.
