I used a sock weight yarn and a H hook for the goves but you can make them to fit with any yarn… just use a hook slightly larger than normal for the yarn.

Row 1: foundationless sc a factor of 3 until it stretches comfortably around the wide part of your hand and isn’t too lose around the wrist, join with sl st (I did 21 stitches)

-If you don’t know how to do a foundationless sc, you can search youtube for an instructional video or simply ch a factor of 3 then do a row of sc before going on to row 2.

Row 2: ch 3, hdc in same stitch as join, sk 2, *hdc, ch 1, hdc in same st, sk 2* repeat around, join with sl st around the beginning ch 3

Row 3: ch 2, 2hdc in same space, 3hdc in each chain 1 space around, join with sl st

Row 4: ch 1, sc blo even around, join with sl st

Repeat rows 2-4 until glove reaches the length you desire before the thumb hole row (I repeated them 4 times)

Thumbhole row left glove (in a row that is a repeat of row 2): ch 3, hdc in same stitch as sl st, sk 2, hdc, ch 4, sk 2, hdc in next (if you need a larger thumb hole just ch 5 and sk 5) then resume row 2 pattern between *s.

Thumbhole row right glove (in a row that is a repeat of row 2): work this row just like row 2 until you get to the second from the last repeat of between the *s of the round then work hdc, ch 4, sk 2, hdc in next (if you need a larger thumb hole just ch 5 and sk 5)

Row above thumbhole row: work just like a row 3 but directly above the thumbhole, work hdcs into stitches instead of spaces.

Repeat rows 2-4 until you like the length of the glove.

Edge row: sk 1, *3hdc in next, sk 1, sl st, sk 1* repeat around, finish off

Flower: With a G hook and same yarn, In a loop work “ch 1, 3hdc, ch 1, sl st* repeat 5 times, tighten loop and sew to the glove
