Crochet Little Spring Basket

What do you need:

— cotton cord 5 mm in two or three colours (in my project it’s lovely multicolor pastel cord from Mila Druciarnia, light blue and light green)
— crochet hook 8 mm
— no more than one free hour – this project is more simple than you can imagine
Basket size: 8 cm high, bottom diameter – 15 cm
sc – single crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)

Start crocheting in magic ring, then crochet around (don’t close each round):

1: 8 sc in magic ring (8)
2: (1 sc, inc) repeat 8 times (16)
3: (2 sc, inc) repeat 8 times (24)
4: (3 sc, inc) repeat 8 times (32)
5: (4 sc, inc) repeat 8 times (40)
6-9: 40 sc (4 rounds), slip stitch, cut of the cord, try to hide the thread under the next round, change colour to another (in my work it’s blue)
10: 40 sc

In my basket there is also a green bow, but there are many more ways to make a decoration.
