Starting with light bulb color.
R1: magic circle and sc 6
R2: 2sc in each st – 12 sc
R3: 2sc, 1 sc* repeat – 18 sc
R4: sc in each st – 18 sc
R5: 2sc, 2 1 sc* repeat – 24 sc
R6: sc in each st – 24 sc
R7: 2sc, 3 1sc* repeat – 30 sc
R8: sc in each st – 30 sc
R9: 2sc, 4 sc* repeat – 36 sc
R10: sc in each st – 36 sc
R11: sc2tog, 4 sc* repeat – 30 sc
R12: sc in each st – 30 sc
R13: sc2tog, 3 sc* repeat – 24 sc
R14: sc in each st – 24 sc
R15: sc2tog, 2 sc* repeat – 18 sc
R16: sc in each st – 18 sc
R17: sc2tog, 1 sc* repeat – 12 sc

Stuff bulb area.

Tie off and stuff.
Bottom of Fixture

Tie off and stitch to top, stuff slightly so the fixture has volume at the bottom, but not too much.
Chain
Using the tail, or starting with a new piece of yarn create a chain using chain stitches to the length you want and attach to the fixture.
