– Long strand of black yarn for the eyes/mouth and pink for the cheeks (optional)
– Size H Crochet Hook
– Tapestry Needle
Stingray:
Chain 13, SC in second chain from hook and the rest of the way down chain, chain 1, turn (12 SC)
Row 2: 2 SC in first, SC in next 10, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn
Row 3: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (14 SC)
Row 4: 2 SC in first, SC in next 12, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn
Row 5: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (16 SC)
Row 6: 2 SC in first, SC in next 14, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn
Row 7: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (18 SC)
Row 8: 2 SC in first, SC in next 16, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn
Row 9: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (20 SC)
Row 10: 2 SC in first, SC in next 18, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn
Row 11: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (22 SC)
Row 12: 2 SC in first, SC in next 20, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn
Row 13: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (24 SC)
Row 14: 2 SC in first, SC in next 22, 2 SC in last, chain 1, turn

Row 19-20: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (30 SC)
Row 21: 6 DC in first stitch, DC in next 3, HDC in next, SC in next 22, HDC in next, DC in next 3, 6 DC in last, continue to SC around edges of stingray, when you get to the middle of the back lets make the tail, chain 13, SC in 3rd chain from hook and next 4, HDC in next 2, DC in remaining chains, join back to edge of stingray, continue to SC along the remaining edges and join to first DC made. Fasten off leaving long tail.
With long strand of black yarn and tapestry needle, stitch on two small eyes on row 14 bout 4 stitches apart and small smile the row below the eyes.
Optional: stitch the pink yarn below the eyes and on either side of mouth for little cheeks.
Lay the stingray on your bubble square and flold up the corners that have the 6 DC in them so it looks like its swimming.
