Medium worsted weight/category 4 yarn approximately 3 ball each weighing about 100 gm
H/5 mm crochet hook
Yarn needle
Measuring tape
Size:
Width of the scarf is about 11 to 11.5 inches, length is adjustable
Stitches/abbreviations used:
** — Repeat instructions between asterisks as many times as directed
[ ] — Repeat instructions within parenthesis as a set as many times as directed
ch — chain
st/sts — stitch/stitches
dc — double crochet
Note:
For custom size make chains in multiples of 8 + 6
Instruction:
Row 1:Ch 46, skip 3 ch, dc in next 3 ch, **skip next ch, 2 dc in next ch, ch 1, 2 dc in next ch, skip next ch, dc in next 4 ch** Repeat from ** to ** across. Turn.
Row 2:Ch 3, dc in next 3 ch, **[2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc] in ch-1 space, skip next 2 dc, dc in next 4 dc** Repeat from ** to ** across. Turn.
Repeat row 2 until you reach the desired length.
If you want a straight edge work one final row
Last row: Ch 2, dc in each st across skipping the ch-1 spaces. Cut off yarn and weave in the loose ends.
