Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with Yellow, ch4, slst in first ch to form ring; ch3, 2dc in ring, ch2, [3dc in ring, ch2} 3 times; join with slst to first dc. (12dc and 4ch-2sps) Finish off and weave in ends.

Rnd 2: With right side facing, working in Rnd 1, join Purple with slst around post of any dc; ch8 (counts as first dc and ch-5), [dc around post of next dc, ch5] around; join with slst to first dc. (12dc & 12ch-5lps)

Rnd 3: Working in front of ch-5lps, dc around post of same dc as joining, ch3, [dc around post of next dc, ch3] around; join as before. (12dc & 12ch-3lps) Finish off and weave in ends.
