You will need;
- King Cole Bamboo Cotton DK 100g in colours: Grey (552), Dusty Pink (618), Lemon (3199), Cream (538)
- King Cole Moments 100% Polyester 50g in colours: Grey (3229), Soft Pink (479), Yellow, (1610)
- 3mm (US C/2 or D/3) hook
- Toy filling
- 3 pairs of 12mm safety eyes (metal backed eyes work the best)
- Embroidery needle
- Stitch markers
- Some stiff card, plastic canvas or similar
Tension not critical for this project.
Finished sizes
Blue monster: 12cm (4.75”) in height.
Pink Monster: 11cm (4.25”) in height
Yellow Monster: 8cm (3”) in height
The pattern is worked using the amigurumi method. Work stitches continuously in a spiral without closing off each round with a slip stitch. It may help to use a stitch marker in the first stitch of each round, moving it up as you work.
