Yarn: Aunt Lydia's Crochet Thread. Fashion 3. Super Fine 1. Colour 'Scarlett'.
Loopdedoo thread in light green, darker green, white & pink.
3.5 mm (size 9) mm hook or hook that produces tights enough stitches to hide stuffing.

Using red thread.
Round 1:
Ch 2. 6 sc in ring. Sc to join in beg sc (mnr). (6sc)

Round 2:

Sc in same st. 2 sc in ea st around, sc to join (mnr). (12sc)

Round 3:

Sc in same st. * Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around. Sc to join(mnr).(18sc)

Round 4:

Sc in same st. * Sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around. Sc to join(mnr).(24sc)

Rounds 5-7:

Sc in ea st around. Sc to join(mnr).(24sc)

Round 8:

*Sc in next 2 sts tog, sc in next 2 sts* Repeat from * to * around, sc to join(mnr)(18sc)

Stuff it

Round 9:

*Sc in next 2 sts tog, sc in next st* Repeat from * to * around, sc to join(mnr)(12sc)

Round 10:

*Sc in next 2 sts tog* Repeat from * to * around. Fasten off. Using tail, sew remainder of hole closed, using needle pull thread through entire apple and out the other end(Round 1). Tighten just enough to form apple shape. Secure the end and hide inside the apple.
Green Spirals Using Light green thread.
Ss to join new thread in top of apple. Ch 14, 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, 3 dc in ea ch across. Sc in last ch. Fasten off. Using needle hide ends inside your apple.

Using darker green thread.
Ss to join new thread in top of apple. Ch 18, 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, 3 dc in ea ch across. Sc in last ch. Fasten off. Using needle hide ends inside your apple.
Set aside.
Flower
Using white thread.
Round 1:
Ch 2, 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook.
Round 2:
Ss to join new pink yarn in beg sc(mnr). (Hdc, dc, hdc) all in same st. *(Ss, hdc, dc, hdc) all in next st.* Repeat from * to * around. Ss to join. Fasten off. leaving tail. Use centre tail to sew onto your crab apple. Hide ends inside apple.
Stem Loop
Using brown thread
Ss to join in top of apple. Ch 22. Ss in top of apple again. Sc in ea ch around. Ss to join. Fasten off. Hide ends inside.
