Materials
Dk / weight 3 yarn I used Paintbox Simply DK in Slate Green for the background colour (276 metres per 100g) and various different colours for the animals.
4ply yarn in black and white for the eyes on the 4, 5 and 6.5”
3 and 4 mm crochet hooks

Eyes
If making small, medium and large use a 3mm hook and black 4 ply yarn.
If making extra large use dk black yarn and 4mm hook
Round 1: In a magic circle, ch1, 6 sc, slst to the first and pull tight. (6)
Fasten off with a long end for sewing, sew one white line for small, medium and large and two white lines for extra large.

Round 2: ch2, [2 hdc] in the same, [2 hdc] in the next 2, hdc 1, [2 hdc] in the next 6, hdc 1, [2 hdc] in the last 3, slst to first. (26) Fasten off with a long end for sewing. Sew some nostrils.
EARS
Make two using brown
Round 1: Ch4, sc in the second chain from hook, sc in the next, [sc, dc, sc] in the last, working along the other side, sc 2, slst to first and fasten off.
Round 2: Join dark beige, ch1, sc 3, [sc, ch2, slst in the second chain from hook, sc], working along the other side, sc 3, slst to the first. Fasten off with a long end for sewing.
