Finishing

• Add a pom pom to the top (of round 1).
• Sew or glue the “number” to the front.
• Sew dots or hearts randomly around the hat.
• Optional: Add buttons to the center of the dots or hearts and add ribbon for ties.
• Hide All Strings.
