2nd curl – Chain 15, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 2 sc in next 9 chs, sl st in next 4 chs.
Continue with the third curl
3rd curl – Chain 15, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 2 sc in next 9 chs, sl st in 4 chs.
Continue with the remaining chains left on the main stem – sc in the remaining chains
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
Make 2 and stitch the ends together.
Joining
- Pick up your carrot and two leaves
- Use your hook or darning needle to pull the yarn end of the leaf into the carrot so that the stem goes to the sts left.
- Gently tug in the ends of the leaves with the first 2 sts on the stem into the opening on the carrot.
- Sew closed the remaining sts on the carrot to secure the leaves.
- Sew in all ends
- Fasten off.
