Instruction
Round 1:Ch 17, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in rest of chs except the last, 3 sc in last ch, sc in 14 ch on the other side, 2 sc in next ch. Join with a sl st to the 1st sc (34 sc)
Round 2: Ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in same st, dc in next 14 sts, 2 dc in next 3 sts, dc in 14 sts, 2 dc in next 2 sts. Join with a sl st to the 1st st. (40 dc)
Round 3:Ch 4 (counts as dc + ch 1), skip next st, **dc in next st, ch 1, skip next st** Repeat from ** to ** around. Join with a sl st to the 3rd ch.
Round 4: Ch 3, dc in next dc, ch 1, 4-dc cluster in the post of precious dc, **dc in next 2 dc, ch 1, 4-dc cluster in the post of previous dc** Repeat from ** to ** around. Join with a sl st to the 1st st.
Round 5: Ch 4, dc in ch-1 space above the next cluster, ch 1, **dc in next dc, ch 1, dc in ch-1 space above next cluster, ch 1** Repeat from ** to ** around. Join with a sl st to the 3rd ch.

Sew a button to the front of the bag. Join yarn at the back right behind the button and make enough chs to go around the button, sl st in the same st and cut off yarn.
To make the strap, make 175 ch, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in rest of the chs across. Cut off yarn.
Finishing
Sew both ends of the strap to the sides of the bag and weave in all the loose ends of yarn.
