• Fingering weight 100% cotton yarn, size 1 — super fine. I used Alize Bella yarn in the colorway 619 (coral). 8 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
• 3mm crochet hook.
• Scissors.
• Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

st. — stitch

ch — chain

sl st. — slip stitch

sc — single crochet

hdc — half double crochet

dc — double crochet

trc — treble crochet

trc2(3)tog — 2(3) treble crochet closed together

ch4picot — ch4, insert your hook into the center of the base stitch (or, insert the hook into first ch), yarn over, pull through all loops on the hook.

Instructions:

Start with ch8, join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.
Round 1: ch4 (counts as a trc), trc2tog into the ring, ch5,

Round 2: sl st. into next ch5 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 5dc into that same ch5 space,
