With J hook and bright yellow, ch 8, join with a sl st to form a circle.
Rnd 1: Ch3, 2 dc in ring * ch 3, cluster st in ring, ch 3; rep. from * twice more, ch 3, cluster st in ring, ch 3, join.
Rnd 2: Beg. cluster st over next 3 dc, * ch 5, sl st in top of cluster st of Rnd 1, ch 5, cluster st over next 3 dc; rep from * twice more, ch 5, sl st in top of cluster st, ch 5, join. Finish off bright yellow. Weave in ends.
