Crochet Popsicle Holder

Materials:
Yarn
Crochet Hook Size I
Chain 8
Round 1: Crochet 3 sc in the 2nd stitch from the hook, sc in the next 3 stitches, 3 sc in the last stitch, work back up the opposite side sc in next three stitches, join to top of 1st sc with a slip stitch (14 sc)
Note: After the first round, I work the remainder continuously to avoid a seam. To keep track of each round, mark the first stitch with a stitch marker.
Rounds 2-12: One DC in each stitch around.
For decoration: I add a button on each one in round 8. You can either sew it on after or you can attach the button as you go using the method below. I simply pick a stitch that will be at the center of the front side of the popsicle holder to attach the button to.
