3.sl st in 2-ch sp, *3 dc in 2-ch sp, 2 ch, (3 dc, 3 ch, 3 dc) = corner in 4-ch sp, 2 ch*; Repeat * to * 4 times, join C with sl st in starting st;

4.sl st in 2-ch sp, * 3 dc in 2-ch sp, 3 ch, (2 dc, 2 ch, 2 dc) in corner space, 3 ch, 3 dc in next 2-ch sp, 3 ch*; Repeat * to * 4 times, join A with sl st in starting st;
