Ghost body
Scrub Yarn – Stitch Soak Scrub – Worsted weight, #4 (100% Nylon, 92 yd/84m per 1.4 oz/40g Ball)
Cotton Yarn – Lion brand 24/7 Cotton, #3 DK (100% Mesmerized Cotton, 186 yards/ 170m per 3.5 oz/100g skein)
Ghost Eyes
Black yarn – Lion brand 24/7 Cotton, #3 DK (100% Mesmerized Cotton, 186 yards/ 170m per 3.5 oz/100g skein)
Estimated Yardage = 20 yards each for the cotton yarn and scrub yarn.

How to crochet dish scrubbies
Small
Make two pieces
One in Cotton yarn, using 5 mm crochet hook
The other in Stitch Soak Scrub, using 6 mm crochet hook
Chain 7
Round 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in the next 4 chs, 4 hdc in next ch, crocheting into the other side of the foundation ch, sc in each ch, turn. 14 sts
Round 2: Ch 1, sc in first 5 sts, 2 hdc in next 4 sts, sc in remaining 5 sts, turn. 18 sts
Round 3: Ch 1, sc in the next 5 sts, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next, rep from* 3 more times, sc in the last 5 sts, turn. 22 sts
Round 4: Ch 1, sc in next 5 sts, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next 2 sts, rep from* 3 more times, sc in the last 5 sts, turn.26 sts

Make two pieces
One in Cotton yarn, using a 5 mm crochet hook
The other in Stitch Soak Scrub, using a 6 mm crochet hook.

Round 1: Hdc in 3rd ch from hook and in the next 8 chs, 4 dc in next ch, crocheting into the other side of the foundation ch, hdc in the remaining chs, turn. 22 sts
Round 2: Ch 2, hdc in first 9 sts, 2 dc in next 4 sts, hdc in remaining 9 sts, turn. 26 sts
Round 3: Ch 2, hdc in the next 9 sts, *2 dc in next st, dc in next, rep from* 3 more times, hdc in the last 9 sts, turn. 30 sts

Eyes
With Color B
Make 2 pieces per ghost scrubbie
Using a 4mm hook
Round 1: In a magic ring, ch 1, and 6 sc into the center of the ring, sl st to first sc.
Fasten off.
Use ends to sew the eye into place on the body.
Repeat for the second eye.
Joining
- Pick up one of the pieces made in cotton yarn and another made in stitch soak scrub yarn.
- Place the panels over each other.
- Continue with color A.
- The next round is aimed at joining the sts in both sections together.
- Continue with stitch soak yarn.
Optional
Make 3 pieces – 2 with Stitch Soak Scrub and one with cotton yarn.
Place the two pieces made with scrub yarn on either side.
Round 1: Ch 1, sc over both panels around, join with a sl st to the beginning ch sp.
Fasten off
Weave in all ends.
